Training, Coaching & Mentoring

Here at Sunday Fun Day, we call our training and workshops "Powwows". Powwows come in four flavours. 

On-The-Job Training

For employee training at the place of work, we provide
on-the-job training. We have our advisers will come in while the employee is on the job to provide hands-on assessment and advice. This is often supplemented with additional classroom training.


Our workshops are unique in that they focus on interactive training where participants carry out a number of training activities rather than attend passive lectures and presentations.

Depending on your needs, we provide both general workshops, which is great for mixed audience, and closed workshops, which is tailored towards meeting the training needs of a specific group.

Our workshops are tailored, based on prior discussions with you, to ensure that specific problems are covered and outcomes are met.


Mentoring is an employee training system under which a senior or more experienced individual (the mentor) is assigned to act as an adviser, counselor, or guide to a junior or trainee. Here at Sunday Fun Day, we will assess the needs of the trainee to dispatch the most suitable mentor for every charge. 


While mentoring provides support for overall development, coaching focuses on developing the capacity to achieve specific tasks or objectives.

Depending on your needs we can create a program to help your employees move forward by focusing on individual needs and accomplishments, by using close observation, being impartial and providing non-judgmental feedback on performance.
